유아 교사의 놀이에 대한 교수 효능감과 놀이 운영 실제 신념에 관한 도구 개발연구 = Developing and Validating and Instrument to Assess the Relationship Between Kindergarten Teachers' Efficacy Beliefs on Play and Their Beliefs on Play Management Practice

국문 초록 (Abstract)

유아 교사의 놀이에 기초한 교육과정 운영의 효율성에 영향을 주는 요인을 알아보기 위하여 놀이에 대한 교수 효능감과 놀이 운영 실제 신념에 대한 도구를 개발하고 그 적절성을 검토하였다. 유아교사의 놀이에 대한 교수 효능감과 놀이 운영 실제 신념에 대한 도구는 타당성과 신뢰성이 있음이 밝혀졌으며, 기술적 분석에 의하여 교사의 교육 경력과 학력이 높아지면 놀이에 대한 교수 효능감과 운영 실제 신념이 높아졌고, 유아교사의 놀이에 대한 교수 효능감은 놀이 운영 실재 신념에 유의한 영향을 주는 요인으로 나타났다.

This paper reports on the development and validation of an instrument examining the relationships between kindergarten teachers' efficacy beliefs regarding play and their beliefs about play management practice. The subjects of this study were 312 teachers in kindergarten. Validity and reliability were determined by Varimax and Cronbach's α. The results reveal that the more teaching experience and academic background teachers had, the stronger were their efficacy beliefs in play and play management. As well, the teachers' efficacy beliefs in play had a positive correlation with their beliefs in play management practices.
