놀이치료자의 자아탄력성 및 스트레스대처방식이 심리적 소진에 미치는 영향 = The Effects of Ego-Resilience and Stress Coping Strategies on Burnout amongst Play Therapists

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The objective of this study is to explore the influences of the Ego-Resilience and Stress Coping Strategies of play therapists on their levels of psychological burnout. Pearson`s correlation analysis was performed upon the variables using the statistics program, SPSS 18.0, to carry out regression analysis, and one-way ANOVA and hierarchical regression analysis was used to explore the influences of each sub-factor. The summary of the study is as follows. The results revealed that the play therapist`s demographic characteristics, and age, could account for meaningful differences in psychological burnout, specifically indicating that the older a play therapist is, the lower the level of psychological burnout. The relationship among ego-resilience, stress coping strategies and psychological burnout showed a negative correlation between ego-resilience and psychological burnout, and active coping tended to negatively influence the psychological burnout. Regarding the relative influences of a play therapist`s ego-resilience, stress coping strategies, and psychological burnout, indicated that ego-resilience has a negative influence and passive coping has a positive influence in terms of psychological burnout.
