프로스포츠구단 종사자들의 직급에 따른 임파워먼트 유형별 직무만족과 조직몰입의 구조관계 비교 연구 = A comparative study of structural relationship among the type of empowerment, job satisfaction and organizational commitment

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 프로스포츠구단 종사자들을 관리자와 비 관리자집단으로 구분하여 임파워먼트 유형별로 직무만족과 조직몰입의 인과관계를 실증적으로 비교하는 것이다. 본 연구의 대상은 국내 프로구단에 근무하고 있는 구단 임직원을 모집단으로 설정하였으며, 전수조사(complete enumeration)를 통하여 총 22개 구단 180명의 자료가 실제분석에 사용되었다. 자료처리는 SPSS 12.0 프로그램과 AMOS 5.0 통계패키지를 이용하여 연구의 목적에 따라 전산 처리하였다. 설문지의 내용타당도를 알아보기 위해 Cronbach`s α 검증, 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석과 다 집단분석을 실시하여 결과를 도출하였다. 연구결과로써 두 집단 간 차이가 나타난 것은 영향력과 직무만족의 관계, 결단력과 조직몰입의 관계 그리고 직무만족과 조직몰입의 관계에서 통계적 유의미성의 차이가 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was to compare the structural relationship among the type of empowerment, job satisfaction and organizational commitment between administrators and non-administrators. In the study, 180 respondents in 22 teams were practically sampled among the subject population of subordinates who work in the three professional sport teams. For the data analysis SPSS 12.0 and AMOS 5.0 statistical package were utilized. To verify the reliability and validity of the factors, Cronbach`s α, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and multi-group analysis. Research findings are as follows: 1. There was different relationship between influence and job satisfaction among administrators and non-administrators. 2. There was different relationship between determination and organizational commitment among administrators and non-administrators. 3. There was different relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment among administrators and non-administrators.
