인간변화를 촉진하는 다섯 가지 조건에 관한 가설: 상담이론의 관점에서 = Five Elements Facilitating Human Change in Counseling and Psychotherapy

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this paper was to explore the elements facilitating changes in counseling and psychotherapy. This paper assumed that the ultimate function of counseling is not to describe the problem formation process but to explain the change process of clients. The author reviewed many counseling and psychotherapy theories and hypothesized that the following five elements seemed to facilitate changes of clients in counseling and psychotherapy: Authentic experience, Self validation, Pattern change, Acquisition of knowledge and skills, and Taking existential position. The author explained the meaning and function of these elements in the relationship with traditional theories of counseling and psychotherapy.
