The purpose of this study was to propose some effective ways that could make progress in vocational competence of the school dropout adolescents. To meet this aim, the present state of that vocational ability and traits of the school dropout adolescents in vocational aspect were examined. Methods such as expert panel, FGI(Focus Group Interview for 11 related specialists), and In-depth Interview(12 school dropout adolescent) were applied. After the examination, we concluded that the school dropout adolescents were deficient in foundational learning skills such as language and mathematics and basic lifestyle which are crucial to get employed. Ultimately, services that are supposed to affect adolescents` basic lifestyle and learning skill are needed. It`s necessary to support to assist adolescents to entry to the labour market and reinforce the infrastructure and the network. Through such coordination, it is possible to draw out a more effective and systematic plan that covers the school dropout adolescents.
