This study examined the effect of CEO`s Twitter communication on personal image PR, particularly perceived credibility. Young respondents positively evaluated CEO`s Twitter use (RQ1). They also perceived CEO Twitter users were likely to be credible (RQ2). In a structural equation model, respondents` attitude toward Twitter use by CEOs influenced CEO Twitter users` perceived credibility in a positive way (H1). Based on the results, this study suggested communication scholars consecutively study the effect of diverse social media use on personal image PR. Also, this study insisted PR practitioners suggest the use of microblogging service to their client CEOs in order to enhance credible image.
