지적장애학생의 지역사회중심 직업훈련을 위한 사업체 인식 조사연구 = The Perception of Manufacturing Factories on the Community-based Job Training for Students with Intellectual Disabilities

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to investigate the perceptions of manufacturing factories on the community-based job training for students with intellectual disabilities. This study surveyed 617 manufacturing factories by mall and 55 filled-in questionnaires were finally collected for analysis. The response ratio was 8 %. The results were as follows. Most factories did not want to be job training settings for students with intellectual disabilities, and about a half percent of factories had experiences to hire individuals with disabilities as workers. They also showed a slightly negative attitude on the future job openings for individuals with disabilities. They did not have an high expectation on the possibility of job adjustment of students with intellectual disabilities. Over a half percent of factories, however, showed that the community-based job training program was necessary to job success of students with intellectual disabilities. Implications for practice and future studies were discussed based on the results of this study.ed in the perspectives of transition education for students with intellectual disabilities.
