학교·지역 단위 체육교과연구회 활동을 통한 초임교사의 경험과 반성에 관한 연구|RISS 상세보기

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 학교 · 지역 단위 체육교과연구회 활동을 체계적으로 운영함으로써 올 바른 체육교과 교육과정 운영을 돕고 초등교사 특히 초임교사의 의미 있는 경험과 그 속에서의 반성적 사고와 교수행동의 바람직한 변화를 꾀하고자 하는 것이다. 연 구방법적인 측면에서 현장개선을 위한 실천연구인 해석적 실행연구이며 적용된 장 학모형은 Metzler(1990)가 제안했던 ‘PEIS(Physical Education Instructional Supervision Model)’프로그램과 한국교육개발원(1989)의 동료장학모형을 절충하였 다. 연구참여자는 초등 초임교사 4명과 컨설턴트인 경력교사 4명으로 선정하여 약 19개월의 연구과정을 거쳐 체육교과관의 변화, 체육수업의 걱정거리 변화, 체육수업 준비과정 등 체육수업에 관한 연구참여자의 변화된 다양한 양상을 관찰할 수 있었 다. 연구참여자들이 체육수업에 대한 인식의 전환점을 마련하여 체육교과의 중요성 을 제고하고, 교수 학습 활동의 전반에 관한 오류와 그릇된 운동지식의 수정 등의 변화는 주목할 만한 연구성과였다. 또한 이전보다 더 많은 체육수업 걱정거리가 생 겼다는 것은 체육수업의 설계와 준비과정과 자연스럽게 연계되어 체육수업의 진정 한 가치를 인식해 나가고 있다는 증거였다. 실천공동체로서의 체육교과연구회 활동 은 교사의 전문성 확보를 위한 가장 활발한 정보공유의 장임을 재차 확인하는 계기 가 되었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study was to improve novice elementary teachers teaching strategies and physical education subject perspective for a desirable aspect of an effective physical education curriculum through a systematic management of the school-based physical education study. PEIS (Physical Education Instructional Supervision Model) suggested by Metzler(1990) and Peer-supervising model developed by Korean Educational Development Institute(KEDI, 1989) were compromised, then adapted for this study method in order to improve teaching qualities in a school. Each 4 novice and mentor elementary teachers participated for about 10 months in this study. There were a lot of variations in participants perceptive change, trouble aspects change, and the preparation process for physical education teaching. One remarkable result in this study was the change in the participants perspective in physical education for a trial of error correction about teaching & learning activities and exercise knowledge through a desirable recognition change.
