본 연구는 기업의 윤리적 가치관이 종업원들의 조직몰입 및 이직의도에 미치는 영향과 종업원들의 조직몰입이 이직의도에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 본 연구는 정보통신업계에 종사하는 225명의 설문지를 통하여 수집한 연구자료를 분석에 사용하였다. 분석결과, 기업의 윤리적 가치관이 높을수록 종업원들의 조직몰입이 높아지고 이직의도가 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 조직몰입이 높은 종업원들의 이직의도가 조직몰입이 낮은 종업원들의 이직의도에 비하여 낮은 것으로 밝혀졌다. 마지막으로, 기업의 윤리적 가치관이 제시하는 연구결과의 이론적·실무적 시사점이 논의되었다.

This paper examined the effects of corporate ethical values on employees` organizational commitment and turnover intention, and the effects of organizational commitment on turnover intention. Data were collected from 225 employees working in the field of Information and Communication. Results indicated that corporate ethical values had a positive effect on employees` organizational commitment and a negative effect on turnover intention. Results also indicated that employees` organizational commitment was negatively related to turnover intention. Finally, theoretical and practical implications for academicians and practitioners were discussed.
