신국제질서 속에서 한국의 새로운 대중동 관계 모색 = Korea's Policy toward the Middle East in the New World Order

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

"World Financial Crisis" has significantly affected the international circumstances in many profound ways One of its consequences is the rise of "the New World Order" In these circumstances, evaluating and developing our foreign policy especially toward the Middle East are needed In this context, the paper is performed by focusing on two subjects which are related the relationship between Korea and the Middle East The first is to review a change in Korea's Policy toward the Middle East by analyzing the official publications of the Ministry of Foreign Affair and Trade of Korea And then the study of our governmental system will be followed with the changes of the times
Finally, some practical and constructive propositions to the government will be suggested The suggestion, which is one of them, that "Center for Foreign Area Studies (tentative)" is timely to be founded in order to solve the problem of lack of knowledge of foreign area and the then to from 'proper relations' between the other countries and Korea, will be emphasized
