    본 연구의 목적은 급변하는 경영환경 속에서 인적자원관리의 중요성이 대두됨에 따라 조직구성원의 긍정심리자본이 직무만족과 정서적 몰입에 미치는 영향과 긍정적·부정적 정서와 생애만족의 간접효과를 연구하였다.
    분석결과를 요약하면, 긍정심리자본은 긍정적 정서와 생애만족에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을, 부정적 정서에 유의한 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것을 나타났으며, 직무만족과 정서적 몰입에 정(+)의 관계를 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 긍정적 정서는 직무만족과 정서적 몰입에 유의한 정(+)의 관계를, 부정적 정서는 정서적 몰입에 유의한 부(-)의 관계를 및는 것으로 나타났다. 긍정적 정서는 생애만족에 정(+)의 관계를, 부정적 정서는 생애만족에 부(-)의 관계를 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 추가분석을 통해 직무만족과 정서적 몰입에 유의한 간접효과는 긍정적 정서는 모두 나타났으며 부정적 정서는 정서적 몰입에만 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
    끝으로 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 이론적·실무적 시사점을 도출하였고, 향후 연구를 위한 과제를 제시하였다.

    끝으로 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 이론적·실무적 시사점을 도출하였고, 향후 연구를 위한 과제를 제시하였다.

    This study attempts to analyze the effect of psychological capital(긍정심리자본) on employee job satisfaction and affective organizational commitment empirically.
    The results are as follow; First, psychological capital has positive effect on job satisfaction and affective organizational commitment. Second, psychological capital has positive effect on positive emotion and life satisfaction. Third, positive emotion has positive effect on job satisfaction and affective commitment, meanwhile negative emotion has negative effect only on affective commitment. Forth, positive emotion has positive effect on life satisfaction, but negative emotion has negative effect on life satisfaction.
    According to an additional analysis of the results of this study, it is found that significant indirect effect of positive emotion on job satisfaction and affective organizational commitment, but only negative emotion has indirect effect on affective organizational commitment.
    Finally, based on the results of this study, some theoretical and practical implications of psychological capital for HRM are discussed. We also propose some suggestions for the future study.

    The results are as follow; First, psychological capital has positive effect on job satisfaction and affective organizational commitment. Second, psychological capital has positive effect on positive emotion and life satisfaction. Third, positive emotion has positive effect on job satisfaction and affective commitment, meanwhile negative emotion has negative effect only on affective commitment. Forth, positive emotion has positive effect on life satisfaction, but negative emotion has negative effect on life satisfaction.
    According to an additional analysis of the results of this study, it is found that significant indirect effect of positive emotion on job satisfaction and affective organizational commitment, but only negative emotion has indirect effect on affective organizational commitment.
