전자포트폴리오를 통한 교사전문성 훈련 및 평가방안 = A Study of Electronic Teaching Portfolios for Professional Development and Performance Assessment

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 교사의 전문성 훈련 및 평가 방안의 하나로 교사포트폴리오를 제안하고, 그 개념과, 구성, 기능 및 적용방식을 국내외의 활용 사례를 통하여 검토한다. 특히 연구자가 3학기에 걸쳐 적용하고 있는 영어교육대학원 내 교사 포트폴리오 훈련과정을 자세히 소개하고 활용상에서 나타난 결과를 소개한다. 또한, 교사 포트폴리오의 효과적인 제작 및 활용방안으로서 전자포트폴리오를 소개하면서 유형별 특성과 장단점을 선행 연구와 사례를 통하여 논의한다. 마지막으로 우리에게 적용할 수 있는 바람직한 포트폴리오 교사훈련의 방향과 그 적용방안에 대해서 영어교과 교사의 전문성 훈련의 예를 들어 제시하고 전자포트폴리오 설계의 기본방향도 제안한다.
