피부 (미용 )국가자격증 제도 및 문제점에 대한 개선방안 연구 = A Study of Improvements on Skin(Beauty) National Qualification Certificates System and Its Problems

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 피부(미용) 국가자격증제도 및 문제점 개선방안에 관한 연구를 위해 서울과 경기도에 거주하는 140명을 대상으로 설문 조사하였다.
설문의 대상자는 피부관리실의 실장과, 병원피부과 실장 및 직원, 피부(미용)학원강사 및 자격취득한 졸업자 대상의 전문인 위주로 정보를 평가하여 개선방안에 반영하였다.
피부(미용) 산업에서 눈부시게 성장해가고 있고 정보와 자격을 취득함으로써 경쟁력을구축 할 수 있다고 생각한다.
국가자격증 도입이 2년여 경과한 시점에서 현장에서 필요로 하는 실기과제를 연구하고 개선되어야 하는 과제를 고침으로써 관리사의 힘든 과정 이직률에 대한 방법이 줄어들어야 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

A Study of Improvements on Skin(Beauty) National Qualification Certificates System and Its Problems This study is aimed at inquiring into the improvement on skin(beauty) national qualification certificates system and its problems. For this, a survey was carried out on 160 persons living in Seoul and Gyeonggi province. It evaluated
professionals-driven information on heads of skin care shops, directors and employees from dermatologist’s office, lecturers of skin(beauty) academy and qualificationsacquired graduates to reflect in the improvements. The acquirement of information and qualifications can establish competitiveness in the fastest-growing skin(beauty) industry.
Consequently, methods for beauty operators turnover rates of the difficult process should be reduced by researching practical tasks for the beauty field, and modifying improvements at this time when two months have passed since the implementation of beauty national qualifications system.
