임용고사 출제 범위에 대한 개선안 = The Amendment on the Range of Questions for the Teachers` Employment Examination

Korean Classical Chinese Education tried to select the method of a range of possible questions for the teachers` employment examination in order to enhance the objectivity and fairness of examination questions, and suggest the preparation direction for the teachers` employment examination by composing the amendment committee of the examination system for the employment of teachers in order to discuss the methods of a range of possible questions for the teachers` employment examination. In order to select the range, 5 areas were classified by reflecting the common required subjects of Korean classical Chinese education. In terms of literature, history, and philosophy, history and philosophy were classified as one ``common area`` and literature was subdivided into 4 areas; ``novel``, ``prose``, ``Chinese poem`` and ``a poem and a picture, and criticism.`` By setting the selection standard according to the classified areas, a range of possible questions was selected and questionnaires were carried out by sending the question materials, selected in each area. This questionnaire work was the required course for publicizing the range of selected questions and verifying whether inappropriate contents are included or not. It is also a method to secure the efficiency and fairness in the whole process of the examination for the employment of teachers such as exam preparation of examinee, the questions and evaluation of examination. Questionnaire papers were sent to the professors, teaching in the college of Chinese Classic Education and Chinese characters in May, 2007 and their responses were returned. The range of Chinese classic curriculum was massive so that the selection of question range, which is satisfied by everyone and gains recognition, is not easy. For this reason, it aimed at suggesting the study direction of preliminary teachers in the whole nation. If efforts to draw the scope of unified exam questions are not preceded, discord in relation to the examination for the employment of teachers cannot be continually elusive like the precedent cases in relation to setting questions. Therefore, I, author of this thesis expects a range of possible questions, guaranteeing the objectivity and fairness to be selected through the final discussion.
