장애인 직업재활분야의 연구주제 및 동향분석 = An Analysis of Research Subject and Trend on Vocational Rehabilitation for Persons with Disabilities

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 직업재활관련 전문 학술단체에서 발간하는 학술지인 직업재활연구를 대상으로 이제까지의 연구의 문제점을 규명한 후 향후 연구경향과 그 변화를 탐색하기 위한 연구이다.
이 연구를 통해 나타난 결론은 첫째, 연구주제 및 내용이 장애인의 노동시장 진입에 관한 연구인 직무개발 및 배치 중심으로 이루어지고 있다는 것과, 둘째, 연구 방법에 있어 문헌연구, 조사연구 중심으로 연구가 진행됨으로 중재 실험연구나, 질적연구, 사례연구, 도구개발 연구들은 제한적으로 수행되는 등 연구 방법이 다양하지 못하다는 점, 셋째, 연구 대상이 지나치게 장애인과 직업전문가 중심으로 제한적으로 이루어짐으로 장애인 고용에 직접적으로 영향을 주는 고용주나 동료근로자에 대한 영향요인을 파악하는데 제함점이 있다는 점, 넷째, 통계기법에서 심층적인 관계나 인과구조를 규명하기 위한 다양한 중급, 고급통계방법을 활용하는 연구들이 부족하다는 것이다. 이를 개선하기
위한 제언으로는 첫째, 직업재활 연구주제 및 내용이 노동시장진입 후의 초점을 맞추어 다양화될 필요가 있으며, 둘째, 연구 방법과 설계에 있어서도 현상이나 실태중심에서 인과나 관계 등의 심층요인을 규명하기 위한 방법으로 개선될 필요가 있으며, 셋째, 연구 대상에 있어 장애인 당사자 보다는 동료근로자나 고용주 등을 대상으로 하는 연구가 활발하게 전개될 필요가 있으며, 마지막으로 직업재활학의 다양한 연구 방법과 통계기법을 활용하기 위한 지속적인 재교육과정이 필요하다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The study is intended to analyze the research subject of Vocational Rehabilitation research based on the Korean’s famous Journal of Vocational Rehabilitation.
As a result, we found that vocational rehabilitation researches were focused on the job development and placement in the pre-labor market.
Second, literature study and survey study have made too much of total researches. Thus, other various methods of conducting researches; such as experimental researches, qualitative researches, case studies, and methods creating, were limited. Third, the most research target were persons with disabilities and vocational professional. Fourth, to identify causal relationship to take advantage of advanced statistical methods is the lack of research.
The suggestions as follows have been presented on those views mentioned above. First, the research title and subject of vocational rehabilitation need to be varied based post-employment services. Second, research methods and designs need to diversify such as nonintervention
research, quality research etc. Third, research in to the target of an employer or co-works need to be expanded. Finally, research methods and statistical techniques to take advantage of the need for a reeducation process.
