영국 학교 컨설턴트 리더 프로그램의 특징과 사례 분석 = Characteristics of School Consultant Leader Programs in England and Case Studies

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to review characteristics of school consultant leader programs and actual case studies performed in England. First, consultant leaders in England were first formed to reform the education system. Head teachers who have high performance are selected so that other head teachers showing low performance can share shoulder system-wide roles in order to improve other schools. Second, NCSL offers variety of consultant leader programs such as the National Leader of Education program, Local Leader of Education program, and Specialist Leaders of Education program. Third, consultant leaders that participated in London Leadership Strategy program; part of London Challenge was placed as an intermediary to work with the schools to enhance the quality and raise the educational standards in London. Finally, implications for the development of school consulting supervision in Korea were discussed to select high performance head teachers, and create variety of training programs based on one`s ability and support school tasks that need the assistance to improve educational standards.
