숲치유 프로그램이 WEEclass 중학생 우울에 미치는 영향 = The Influence of Forest Therapeutic Program on the Depression of Middle School Student in WEEclass

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 숲치유 프로그램이 WEEclass 중학생 우울에 영향을 주는가에 대한 연구이다. 연구의 목적은 날로 심각해지는 중학생의 우울 상태에 대해서 숲이 가지고 있는 치유인자가 어떤 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 본 연구를 수행하였다. 본 연구의 연구 대상은 수원에 위치한 중학교 WEEclass라는 특별 반 학생 80명을 대상으로 수행 되었으며, 연구 대상은 실험집단과 비교집단으로 구분하였고, 두 집단은 사전-사후 측정방법을 사용하여 연구를 진행하였다. 본 연구의 자료를 분석한 결과 숲치유 프로그램에 참여한 실험집단 학생들의 우울 수준이 숲치유 프로그램에 참여하지 않은 통제집단 학생들 보다 낮았다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study is a research into how much the forest healing program can affect depression of the middle school students. The purpose of the study is figuring out what effect the healing element of the forest brings to the middle school students, while their depression is getting more serious nowadays. The subject of the study was 80 students of the special class in the middle school of WEEclass located in Suwon-si. The subject was divided into two groups, or an experimenting group and a comparing group. The study was performed by using the method of measuring the results before and after the researching process. After analyzing the research data, it was revealed that the depression level of subject students in the experimenting group was lower than the depression level of students in control group who didn't participate in the forest healing program.
