      This study intents to present an efficient coping plan against the factors of inner conflicts and for diminishing the turnover rate by measuring the worker`s job satisfaction in the demographic statistics, types of work, and the career qualities separately and then, analyzing how much the work satisfaction influences the turnover of employees. As the results of the factor analysis, it is divided with 8 main factors; the job itself, wages, office superiors, welfare stability, co-workers and their various relationships, promotions, working conditions, and the company`s personal support. In the results of the regression analysis, it shows to have an effect on the turnover intention working condition>job itself>welfare stability in this order and its total reaches 13.3%. In conclusion, to raise the workers` duty satisfaction and lower the turnover rate, it needs the ardent efforts of both the upper company management and the employees. The company should do their best to settle the human resource management for bachieving its goal and the workers should give all their efforts to find the job in accordance with their aptitude and to further develop themselves, so that they can gain job satisfaction.
