    The purpose of the study was to examined the effects of team formation by the learners` personality types as indicated by introversion, extroversion, and mixed introverted and extroverted classification. 48 learners were classified as their personality types and divided into 12 teams composed of 4 learners. The results of the study showed that the extroverted teams outperformed introverted and mixed teams. However, there were no significant differences among the teams in terms of teamwork. In addition, no significant results were not found in team interaction in terms of the number of messages, the frequency of interaction, duration differences among message postings, the difference of words, the difference of mean of words.
