사이버대학에서의 강의평가와 학업성취에 관한 사례연구 = A case study of the students` course evaluation and the learning achievement in cyber university

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to examine how the results of students` course evaluation make a difference by the subject matters in the cyber university. Also we investigated how students` course evaluation has an effect on student learning achievement. 10,939 students and 112 subject matters of cyber university were analyzed to perform the study. One of the studies was to differ from the results of students` course evaluation according to the subject matter, so classification of subject matter has a independent variable, and a dependent variable was student`s course evaluation, and then MANOVA and Scheffe post hoc test were applied to analyze the data. The other of the studies was to impact the students` course evaluation on student learning achievement, so sub-dimension of students` course evaluation has a independent variable, and a dependent variable was student`s grade, and then multiple regression analysis was applied to analyze the data. The study questions of this study were as follows: First, do the results of students` course evaluation differ from the subject matter? Second, does the students` course evaluation impact on student learning achievement according to the subject matter? The major findings were as follows: First, the students` course evaluation made a significant difference by the subject matter. Thus subjects of human society were the highest score of students` course evaluation. And required subjects were higher score of students` course evaluation than optional subjects, and then class size less than 50 peoples was the lowest score of one. Second, the students` course evaluation had a high effect on student learning achievement. Especially, the students` fidelity to learning was remarkably influenced by the students` course evaluation on learning achievement.
