As a research method, studentsurvey, interview, and content analysis were used for this study. Students were showed positive attitude toward the web-based instruction and their achievement. Students ` participation on the course were increased along with the course was being developed. Also, their attitude toward the course and abilities to use the system were increased. One of the most important elements influenced on their learning was the student- instructor interaction. Proper instructor`s feedback promoted students ` motivation. The students ‘participation on the discus s ion were influenced by the character is tics of tasks and the instructor’s Broader, more experience- oriented, and more real- world related tasks encouraged more dis cuss ion. According to these results, some implications for instructional design were suggested.
