부-자녀관계 증진을 위한 미술치료 적용 연구 = A Study on the Application of Art Therapy for the Promotion of Father and Child Relationship

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 애착장애 유아와 아버지를 대상으로 부-자녀 미술치료(Father-Child-Dyad Art therapy)를 적용함으로써 미술치료가 부-자녀관계 증진에 미치는 효과를 규명하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 프로그램 실시는 부-자녀를 쌍으로 주 1회씩 총 12회 실시하였고, 1회에 60분씩 진행하였다. 부-자녀관계 증진을 위한 미술치료에 참여한 부와 유아의 애착과 관련된 변화를 중심으로 사례연구로 진행하였으며, 부-자녀 상호작용, 유아의 문제행동의 변화를 프로그램 실시 전후로 비교하였다.
연구결과, 본 미술치료 프로그램에 참여한 유아와 아버지간의 관계에 있어서 아버지는 양육지원행동, 자존감 행동이 유아는 학습지원행동, 양육지원행동의 상호작용이 증가하였다. 또한 프로그램 실시 전․후 아동의 문제행동의 변화를 비교해본 결과 유아의 문제행동 수준이 사회적 미성숙과 공격성 행동 감소하고 긍정적인 방향으로 변화되었다

The objective of the study is to clarify the effect of the father-child dyad art therapy on the promotion of father and child relationship by using children with attachment disorder and fathers as subjects. The study carries out a father and child relationship promoting art therapy program which consists of 12 sessions, each lasting for 60 minutes with father and child pairs. The study compares the changes in father and child interactions and child's problem actions before and after the performance of the program. - 478 -
According to the result of the study, in the relationship between father and child participating in the present art therapy program, fathers showed an increase in behaviors to support child-rearing and behaviors coming from self-esteem, whereas children showed an increase in interactions for learning supporting behaviors and child-rearing supporting behaviors. In addition, according to the comparison of changes in children's problem actions before and after the performance of the program, children's social immaturity and aggressive behaviors among children's problem actions are decreased and changed in positive ways.
