지역공동체의식이 협력적 갈등해결행태에 미치는 영향 = The Effect of Local Community Spirit on the Behavior of Collaborative Conflict Resolution

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

There is a strong preconception that responsibility of community problem and even its related conflict resolution is entirely given to only government. It is outmoded. The role of government overstressed to resolve varied community problems can produce bad cases of many side effect such as unnecessary intervention of government and expanded government size as well as unnecessary social costs increased. Therefore, it is positively necessary for problems and its related conflicts of local community to be dealt with other dimensions such as local community spirit and the behavior of collaborative conflict. That is to say, behavior of collaborative conflict resolution based on true local community spirit can reduce unnecessary government intervention and resource extravagance, and even decrease the conflict between local communities. In this context, this study analyzes the relationship between local community spirit and behavior of collaborative conflict resolution. In detail, the study focuses on how local community spirit can resolve the problems of local community conflict, relating to the behavior of collaborative conflict resolution. Varied analytic methods such as T-test, ANOVA, and regression analysis are used to prove research hypotheses. The result proven in this study is that high local community spirit leads to the high behavior of collaborative conflict resolution.
