    Casino is part of the service industry thar keeps in firsthand contact with customers, and like other service personnels, casino dealers face lots of pressure in the course of contacting customers at game tables. They have to keep standing up during office hours, and conflicts with colleagues and heavy work load put severe strain on them.
    The purpose of this study was to examine how much Kangwon Land dealers burned out, what sorts of personal, customer-related and environmental factors made them exhausted in a bid to seek ways to cope with dealer bunout and prevent it, as few studies had ever focused on casino dealer burnout.
