도시재생과 사회적기업의 역할

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

It is considered that urban regeneration can enlarge the driving force of local economy and employment opportunities by qualitative influence. Urban regeneration, however, is faced with the limit such as hardness to interchange between inside and outside community asset, the lack of opportunities for residents and the absence of the partner for regeneration project. The role of and linkage with Social Enterprise in urban regeneration is increasingly considered as an alternative to overcome the limit. The roles of Social Enterprise by stages is as follow. The first stage, Social Enterprise can cultivate a sense of community in the local area, find out local problems and discover community assets, play a role as a sponsor which offers social service and employment. The second stage, Social Enterprise plays roles which are networking various stakeholders, training and counseling to employ. The final stage, the role of Social Enterprise is empowering community, integrating community, training and educating other Social Enterprises and worker, discovering and supporting other local Social Enterprises. It is important that physical infrastructure is improved in the urban regeneration, however, the soft parts such as residents participation in regeneration process and motivation can be more important. Social Enterprise could make up for the soft part in urban regeneration.
