전문상담교사의 상담활동과 직무만족도 = School Counselor`s Role Activity and Job Satisfaction

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

During 6 month of appointment as professional school counselor, this study shows 1) what actual school counselors do in school and from that it confirms the demands from the schools, 2) Also, job satisfaction as hired worker. This result will show the nature of personality education for student in secondary schools and suggest the education for school counselor and qualification for employment. During 6 month of study, the order of role activity that school counselors did is the counseling for correction the most, coordination, counseling for development facilitation and prevention, networking for counseling support system, and guidance in order. The job satisfaction was 4.14, and the satisfaction of work compensation scores the highest(4.80). The satisfaction of job, satisfaction of self-esteem in job, satisfaction in relationship between higher office member, and satisfaction of job environment scored in order. Especially, school counselors who worked at the secondary school focused the coordination and scored highest on satisfaction of self-esteem in job. And, the counseling for development facilitation and prevention affected on smoothness 2.28%. Also, the networking for counseling support system affected 7.03% on satisfaction in relationship between higher office member, 4.87% on satisfaction for work environment, and 6.62% on satisfaction in work. The counseling for correction affected 3.35% on satisfaction in their work, and the coordination affected 7.32% on satisfaction for self-esteem in work.
