The Exploration on Factors Affecting Rehabilitation Outcome of Injured Athletes during Rehabilitation Process

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 재활과정의 성과에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 변인들을 탐색하는 연구로서 향후 재활성과를 예측하는 측정도구 개발 연구에 기초연구로 실시되었다. 본 연구대상은 4주 이상의 재활과정이 필요한 20명의 선수로 선정하였다. 본 연구는 질적연구 방법을 사용하였으며, 개방형 질문지와 면접을 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 질적연구 절차에 의해 분석되었다. 본 연구결과는 아래와 같다. 첫째, 237개의 원자료, 21개의 1차 범주, 13개의 2차 범주, 4개의 차원으로 분석되었다. 둘째 4개의 차원을 살펴보면 심리적 요인(40.2%), 행동적 요인(19.3%), 사회적지지 요인(17.6%), 개인적 자원 요인(22.9%)으로 나타났다. 셋째, 심리적 요인은 정서적 요인과 인지적 요인으로 구성되었으며, 행동적 요인은 재활 순응 행동, 부정적 행동, 포기 행동으로 구성되었다. 사회적지지 요인은 긍정적 사회적지지 역할과 부정적 사회적지지 역할로 구성되었으며, 개인적 자원 요인은 대처 기술, 집중 능력, 경기력 수준으로 구성되었다. 본 연구에서 탐색된 요인들의 의미와 재활성과를 측정하는 도구 개발에 관한 내용을 중심으로 논의를 구성하였다.
