공유재 관리에서 거래비용의 게임이론적 분석

국문 초록 (Abstract)

공유재 관리에 관한 기존의 연구들은 그 과정에서 발생하는 거래비용을 소홀히 취급 하여왔다. 본 연구에서는 공유재 관리에서 제도와 거래비용의 다양한 측면들을 확인하고 그들의 중요성을 게임이론의 관점에서 분석해 보았다. 분석을 통하여, 제도의 변화를 통해 공유재를 관리할 때, 거래비용이 과다할 경우 효율성을 확보하기 어렵다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이것은 공유재관리에서 거래비용을 하나의 중요한 변수로 고려해야 한다는 것을 말해준다. 또한 공유재 관리에서 효율적 방법, 정부의 역할 수행 방법 등에 관한 행정학적 함의를 발견할 수 있었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The preceding studies on the governance of the commons have neglected the transaction costs generated from the governing process. This study identifies the various dimensions of institution and transaction cost, and analyzes their importances based on the game theory in the governance of the commons. From the analysis, it was found that, when governing the commons by changing institutions, too much transaction costs can decrease efficiency. This implies that transaction costs in the governance of the commons are very important. In addition, many implications were found such as the efficient way and the government's appropriate role of the commons governance etc.
