The goal of the research is to find out factors that influence on self-support workers desire to work, and develop ways to boost their motivation to work. The independent variables are psychological factor, the
level of satisfaction of self-support business. And A dependent variable is the desire to work of self-support participants. The following are the research results. First, Ego-stability that is a subcomponent of psychological factor is p>.05 which shows no difference between groups. In Self-esteem, age(p=.025) and numbers of family(p=.042) have meaningful difference. In conflict and mental health(depression) is p>0.5 that shows no meaningful gap among groups. Second, the participation satisfaction in the level of satisfaction of selp-support business, female(M=3.5121) are more satisfied with the help-support with selp-support business than male(M=3.2000). The rest of other factors show no meaningful difference. The satisfaction of a person in charge is 3.6470 on average and is the most satisfactory factor of self-support business. The satisfaction level gap between groups has meaningful difference of p<.05 based on educational background(p=.017), participation type(p=.020), acceptance of a self-support grant(p=.012) Third, gap between groups to desire to work has subcomponents such as goal setting, the level of expectancy and will to self-support. and it is p>.05 which shows no meaningful difference. Based on the research results, the following are the specific ways to boost participants desire to work. First, programs must be developed that improve and support self-esteem, relationships. Second, a person in charge need to provide participants with service that meet their needs. In addition, he or she should make an every effort to improve social well-fare service and satisfy the self-support participants. Third, we should find various ways to offer self-supporters to have opportunities to study to improve their human relations.
