아동기에서 청소년기로의 전환과정에서 내재화 문제의 변화양상과 예측요인 = The Developmental Trajectories and Factors Associated with Internalizing Problem from Late Childhood to Early Adolescence

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to examine developmental trajectories of internalizing problem from late childhood to early adolecence and to identify factors that associated with internalizing problems.
Five-wave data were drawn from Korea Youth Panel Survey(KYPS), a longitudinal panel study on Elementary school students in the 4th graders. The Sample consisted of 2,844 adolescents who participated in the KYPS.
Latent Growth Curve Model(LGM) was used to analyze intraindividual changes in internalizing problem and interindividual differences in these changes. And AMOS 7.0 and SPSS 15.0 were used.
The results showed the developmental trajectories of internalizing problem of adolescents has increased. And there are individual differences in the initial level and the rate of change.
Self-esteem, negative self-concept, child abuse, marital conflict, attachment to peers, school adjustment were associated with the initial level of internalizing problem. And negative self-concept were associate with the rate of change. Implications and limitations were discussed.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 아동기에서 청소년기로 전환되는 시기동안 내재화 문제가 시간의 흐름에 따라 어떠한 양상으로 변화하는지 발달궤적을 규명하고 이러한 발달궤적에 영향을 미치는 예측변인들이 무엇인지를 규명하는데 있다. 발달적 맥락주의 관점에 기반하여 개인요인, 부모 및 가족요인, 친구 및 학교요인, 지역사회요인으로 예측요인을 상정하여 연구모형을 설정하였다. 한국청소년정책연구원의 청소년패널조사 초4패널 1-5차년도 자료를 사용하였으며, 잠재성장모형(Latent Growth Curve Model)으로 분석하였다. 분석결과, 아동기에서 청소년기로 이행되는 5년 동안 내재화 문제는 점차 증가하는 발달궤적을 보였다. 내재화 문제 초기값과 변화율의 상관은 부적관계를 보여, 최초 측정시점에서 내재화 문제가 상대적으로 높은 아동은 최초 측정시점에서 내재화 문제가 낮은 아동에 비해 시간이 지날수록 내재화 문제가 더 느린 속도로 증가했다. 내재화 문제의 초기값에 영향을 미치는 개인요인은 자아존중감, 부정적 자아개념, 부모 및 가족요인으로는 부부갈등, 자녀학대가 확인되었으며, 친구 및 학교요인과 지역사회요인에서는 또래애착, 학교적응이 확인되었다. 이 밖에 통제변인인 성별도 내재화 문제의 초기값에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 내재화 문제의 변화율에는 내재화 문제의 초기값과 부정적 자아개념, 성별만이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 아동 후기에서 청소년 초기에 이르는 동안 내재화 문제의 발달궤적을 규명하고 이에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명한 분석결과에 기반하여 내재화 문제의 예방과 개입을 위한 함의를 논의하고 후속연구의 과제를 제시하였다.
