SOC 전략과 대학생의 진로정체감 = The relationship SOC strategies and vocational identity

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship college students vocational identity and SOC strategies. Data were collected through surveys from 306 college students. SOC questionnaires made by Baltes et al.(1999), vocational identity inventory made by Bong-whan Kim(1997) used. As result college students vocational identity were significantly related to four SOC components. The result shows: There was some differences in optimization strategy, but no differences in vocational identity between male and female students. Second, optimization and elective selection affected to the vocational identity of female students, and optimization affected to the vocational identity of male students. Third, elective selection affected to the vocational identity of freshmen, compensation to 2nd grade students, loss based selection to 3th grade students, and optimization affected to the vocational identity of 4th grade students.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 대학생의 선택․보상․최적화 전략과 진로정체감의 관계를 탐색하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 수도권 소재 대학생 306명을 대상으로 진로정체감과 선택․보상․최적화 전략 간의 관계를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 남학생이 여학생보다 유의미하게 최적화 전략 수준이 높은 것으로 나타난 반면, 진로정체감에는 성별 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 둘째, 선택-보상-최적화 전략과 진로정체감의 학년별 차이를 살펴본 결과, 1학년이 보상전략을 3학년보다 유의미하게 높게 사용하는 것으로 나타났으나 진로정체감에 있어서는 학년별 차이가 보이지 않았다. 셋째, 여학생의 경우 진로정체감에 영향을 미치는 변인으로 최적화 전략과 의도적 선택이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타난 반면, 남학생의 진로정체감에는 최적화 전략이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 학년별로 진로정체감에 영향을 주는 선택-보상-최적화 전략을 살펴보면, 1학년은 의도적 선택, 2학년 보상, 3학년 상실에 기반한 선택, 4학년의 경우 최적화가 진로정체감에 영향을 미치는 유의미한 변수인 것으로 나타났다.
