기업가 정신과 사회적 활동으로서 NGO 네트워크 구축이 기업 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 최근 관심이 높아지고 있는 기업의 사회적 책임에 있어 기업가정신과 비영리기구 네트워크가 성과에 미치는 영향에 관해 분석하였다. 네트워크의 경우 기업가정신과 성과 사이를 연결하는 매개효과에 대한 분석을 포함한 통합적 모형을 설정하였다. 기업가정신은 기존 연구에서 지적된 바와 같이 위험감수성향, 혁신 추구성향, 적극적 행동성 등으로 보았다. 기업가정신은 이러한 특징을 통해 기업성과에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 지적되었다. 네트워크는 사회적 자본 관점에서 기업외부의 다양한 조직들과의 관계를 의미한다. 분석결과 위험감수 성향과 혁신 추구성향은 NGO네트워크 구축에 유의한 영향을 주고 있다. 혁신추구성향과 적극적 행동성은 기업성과에 영향을 미친다. 또한 NGO 네트워크의 기업성과에 대한 긍정적 영향력도 확인하였다. 매개효과의 경우 외부 NGO 네트워크는 기업가의 혁신 추구성향을 기업성과 사이에 유의한 매개역할을 하고 있음을 확인하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This research was conducted to appraise the influence on a firm performance from a cooperative network with NGO and a entrepreneurship which increasingly attracting public interests. Also an integrated model was created to verify whether the external NGO network plays a mediated role between the entrepreneurship and the firm performance. For the entrepreneurship, as it’s pointed out in the recent research, concepts are applied such as a risk tolerance, innovativeness, and proactivenes. Additionally, the external network has been reviewed through cooperative joint with NGO from the view of social capital. From this research, it is expected to be meaningful to enterprises in pursuit of performance by reviewing role of the entrepreneurship and cooperation with the NGO networks for social contributions of domestic enterprises. As a result of the analysis, the innovativeness and risk tolerance had positive and significant influences in building of the NGO networks. The NGO networks had positive influences to the firm performance. To the firm performance, it was confirmed that the proactiveness and innovativeness had significant and positive influences. Besides, it was proven that the NGO networks playing significant intermediate role only for the innovativeness through the analysis of intermediate effects of cooperation with the NGO networks to the entrepreneurship and the firm performance.
