한국의 행정학/정책학 연구에 있어서 사회네트워크 방법론의 자리 찾기 = Placing Social Network Analysis on Public Administration/Policy Research in korea

It`s been almost 10 years since social network analysis (hereafter SNA) has introduced in the field of Public Administration and Policy in Korea. However, there has been few discussion about how SNA would be beneficial to this field. Along with it, a couple of researchers raise a question that SNA is just another method to describe social phenomenon. In this situation, this study would like to search for where is the best place for SNA to locate in the Public Administration and Policy. In order to do it, this study presents three points to discuss. The first section reviews prior literatures which applied SNA to see how SNA has been used in Public Administration and Policy research in Korea. The second part presents theories regarding to SNA and its methodology. The final section discusses the academic areas where SNA could be successfully applied in the future.
