청년실업에 대비한 진로교육의 방향 = Youth Unemployment and New Perspectives on Career Education

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Based on the review on causes of youth unemployment, its relationship with career education was speculated. In short term, career education is limited in preventing youth unemployment, but in long term, it can help people preparing for life-long career development in changing society. New models for career development in changing world of work such as free agent, Protean career, boudaryless career, career resilience were reviewed.Suggestions were made to share new perspectives on career development: understanding the concept of career and career development; clarification of the goal of career education; career education in various context; overcoming the limit of focusing choices; strengthening the competencies for life-long career development.
