진로탐색훈련 프로그램이 여중학생의 대인관계 능력과 진로의식성숙에 미치는 효과 이현림？이선희？천미숙？최숙경 = The Effects of Career Exploration Training Program on Middle School Girl Students’ Interpersonal Relationship Ability and Career Maturity

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to verify the effects of career exploration training program on middle school girl students’ interpersonal relationship ability and career maturity. The hypotheses were first, the experimental group of students who were attended to the career exploration training program would improve on the interpersonal relationship ability than control group students. Second, the experimental group would increase on the career maturity than the control group. Analysis of data was applicate to mean, standard deviation, and to find out the statistical significant differences between the scores of the pre and post-test, the data were analyzed by ANCOVA. The subjects for the study were 30 8th grade girl students who attended H middle school in Daegu, Korea and agreed to participate the study by understanding the contents and purposes of the program. The results of this study were first, the middle school girl students of the experimental group showed a higher score on the interpersonal relationship ability than the control group students. The career exploration training program brought out an improvement of interpersonal relationship ability level in the girl students. Second, the middle school girl students of experimental group increased a higher score on the career maturity than the control group students. It was significant to compare the differences of interpersonal relationship ability and career maturity between the groups such as gender, school grade, and socio-economic status scale. The career exploration training program should be planned for more advanced interpersonal relationship ability and career maturity, and the various programs should be developed for assisting students to know oneself and jobs.
