맥락 중심의 평생 진로교육 제안 = A Proposal for Context Based Lifelong Career Education

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In this paper I proposed the context-based lifelong career education. I addressed the limitations of the traditional test and/or text based career education. Also, I examined the current deep changes of the world of work and the concept of work. In the new world of work, career education is needed to be changed to context-based lifelong education. Context-based experiential learning is a sociocultural or constructive approach on career education. In addition, “protean career” development throughout one's life is necessary. In conclusion, transition from industrial to postindustrial society requests paradigm shift in career education.
