인적자원개발과 초등학교 진로교육 = Human Resources Development and Career Education in the Elementary School

The objective of this study was to suggest career education strategies for developing Human Resources in elementary school; Specific objectives were to clarify concepts of Human Resources Development(HRD) and career education, to identify relations between them, to analyze career education contents infused in the 7th National Core Curriculum of elementary school, and to develop strategies of career education for HRD in Elementary School. This study was conducted through reviewing available literatures.Major findings were as follows; firstly, It was identified that contents of Human Resources in elementary school is key competencies, and HRD in elementary school is educational efforts for developing children's key competencies; secondly it was also identified that HRD in elementary school is one of goals attained by career education to help children to prepare their career; thirdly, many key competencies were infused in the 7th National Core Curriculum of elementary school; lastly, some career education strategies for HRD in elementary school, in the aspects of the curriculum development, publication of the textbook, and teaching-learning methods and legal-institutional supports, were suggested.
