초등학교의 사회자본이 교사의 지식공유에 미치는 영향 = The Influence of Social Capital on Teachers` Knowledge Sharing in Elementary School

The purpose of this study was to empirically investigate the structural influences of school`s social capital factors, namely, network, public trust, interpersonal trust, and vision sharing, on teachers` knowledge sharing. For that purpose, it analyzed the fitness of a structural relationship model that explained the impacts of network, public trust, interpersonal trust, and vision sharing on knowledge sharing, as well as the influential relationships among the related variables. The results were as follows: first, the fitness index of the structural equation model was x²=715.872 with df=222, p=.000, x(2)/df=3.225, RMR=.036, GFI=.868, RMSEA=.073, IFI=.901, TLI=.886, and CFI=.900. The model mostly met the criteria, thus having favorable model fitness. Second, the total effect, direct effect, indirect effect of network on knowledge sharing were .402(p<.001), .295(p<.001), .107(p<.05). The indirect effect of public trust on knowledge sharing was .102(p<.05) and indirect effect of interpersonal trust on knowledge sharing were insignificant. And the total effect of vision sharing on knowledge sharing was .178(p<.05). In short, network and vision sharing had direct impacts on teachers` knowledge sharing, and public and interpersonal trust had positive impacts on vision sharing, which was an important influential factor for teachers` knowledge sharing.
