뮤지컬전공학생의 무용수업 참여가 신체상 및 자아존중감에 미치는 영향 = Relationship among Body Image and Self-Esteem in Musical Majoring Students

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship of taking dance class to body image and self-esteem of musical majoring students. Subjects of this study were 79 male students and 96 female students randomly from three university in Kyungsang province. On the basis of the results analysed, the conclusion were drawn as followings:
1. There are significant differences in body image according to the sex of musical majoring student(p＜.01). Significant different factors between body image was just appearance like hair color, total body physique and shoulder shape. But, we could not find any difference within sex and body image. 2. There are no significant differences in body image according to the grade of musical majoring student. and, we couldn't find any useful difference within grade and self-esteem. 3. There are significant interaction effect of taking dance class to body image and self-esteem of musical majoring students in university students. Especially, dance class taking effect the students' face and physique image. Moreover, dance class taking make their self-esteem satisfaction more positive.
