幼稚園敎員 硏修敎育課程 模型의 開發 = Development of a Curriculum Model for In-service Education of Early Childhood Educators in Korea

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The general purpose of this study is to develop a standardized curriculum model for in-service edncation used in improving qualification of the personnel employed in kindergartens and nurery schools in korea. The development of a curriculum model means to make a framework of curriculum including the list of cources and their each syllabus implemented in in-service education for preschool personnel.
There are two kinds of the curriculum model: 1) to develop the education program which is used in getting teaching certificates (second-level teacher, first-level teacher, vice-director, director) to meet preschool teacher certification requirement of the state, 2) to develop education program which is used in acquiring general information and improving qualification of preschool teacher, vice-director, director, and superintendent.
In order to achieve the above objectives, this study is to identify the present status of preschool personnel, the history and problems of in-service education for preschool personnel, and the recent status of preschool in-service education in some major developed countries, to analyze the problems in implementing the in-service education program, and survey the needs of preschool personnel about the contents and methods of in-service education program.
This study was to implement through the methods of litrature review, questionaire survey, and group discussion of professionals in early childhood education.
The finding results were omitted from this abstract owing to the larger amount of the data.
