    This study explored the characteristics of media environment in the past, present and future. It is viewed easy to expect that media would be the most valuable assets in ubiquitous media environments and the importance of Convergence will be more growing. A leap growth in high ubiquitous technology and appearance of ubiquitous society will soon appear as an important factor that convergence technology and network. Our society heading towards Ubiquitous society as well as acknowledging the possibility of change in the media environment. Therefore users can be provided every service under integrated device anytime, anywhere, without any obstacle.
