초등학생 용서 프로그램의 효과연구 = The Study of Forgiveness Program for Elementary School Students

국문 초록 (Abstract)

최근에 와서 용서의 개념이 피해자가 취할 수 있는 중요한 긍정적 방법으로서, 상담과 심리치료분야에서 주목받고 있다. 용서는 단순히 화해와 해소의 과정이 아니라 자발적으로 결심하는 것이며, 보복의 악순환을 종결하고자 하는 차원 높은 심리적, 윤리적 과정으로 인식되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 Enright 등(1991)의 용서과정 모형에 기초해 김광수(1999)가 개발한 것을 하요상(2006)이 초등학교 5학년에 맞게 재구성한 용서 프로그램을 사용했다. 초등학교 6학년 2개 집단 26명(남자: 11명, 여자: 15명)을 대상으로 용서 프로그램을 7회기 동안 실시하고 그 효과를 검증했다. 주요 연구 결과는 첫째, 용서 프로그램을 실시한 상담집단의 정서적 용서가 증가했고, 전반적 용서수준은 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 둘째, 상담집단의 사회적 자존감이 증가하였다. 셋째, 상담집단의 우울증의 하위요인 중 생리증상이 감소했다. 본 연구의 의의와 제한점, 그리고 향후 과제 등이 논의 되었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study was to testify the effect of forgiveness program for elementary school students. The concept of forgiveness has been regarded and investigated as very positive and mature response by the victims. It is not reconciliation and resolution of conflict, but very mature psychological and ethical processes. This study modified the program of Kim (1999) and Ha (2006), which was made on the basis of Enright and Human Development Group (1991), for the elementary school students. The number of the subjects, 6th elementary students participanting in 7-session forgiveness program, was 26(11: boys, 15: girls). The main results were as follows; First, the score of emotional forgiveness was significantly statistically enhanced in pre-post assessment. But the its total score was somewhat enhanced. Second, the score of social self-esteem was significantly statistically enhanced. Third, the physiological symptom of depression was significantly statistically reduced. The implication of this study, its clinical significance in school, and the limit and the future research subjects were discussed.
