영유아 실외놀이 관련 연구 경향 분석 = 1998년 이후 국내 논문을 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 영유아 실외놀이 관련 논문을 중심으로 영유아 실외놀이에 관한 연구의 동향을 살 펴보는 것이다. 이러한 목적을 위해 최근 10년 동안 발표된 영유아 실외놀이에 관한 논문 총 94편을 분석하여 연구 주제 및 연구 방법에 대한 동향을 분석하였다. 1998년에서 2009년까지 출판된 영유아 실외놀이 관련 논문의 연구 주제를 분석한 결과, 가장 많이 다루어진 주제는 실외놀이에서의 영유아의 행동 특성에 관한 것이었고, 실외놀이 시설 및 환경, 실외놀이 운영 실태, 실외놀이에 대한 시설장, 교사, 학부모의 인식, 그리고 실외놀이터 설계에 관한 순으로 연구되었다. 연구의 대상을 살펴본 결과 유아, 교사, 물적 대상, 원장 또는 시설장의 순으로 나타났다. 논문의 자료수집 방법을 살펴본 결과 관찰을 통해 자료를 수집한 연구가 가장 많았으며, 질문지를 활용한 연구, 검사 도구를 활용한 연구의 순으로 나타났다. 자료 분석 방법으로는 차이 검증이 가장 많이 사용되었으며, 기술 통계, 관계 분석, 척도화 분석의 순으로 나타났다. 측정 도구를 분석한 결과를 보면 외국인이 제작한 도구를 가장 많이 사용한 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 연구의 결과를 기초로 영유아기 실외놀이 연구에 관한 전반적 방향에 대해 논의하고 제언하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to analyze the young children's outdoor play research trends with the focus on the journal articles on the subject. For this, we analyzed the published journal articles of the past 10 years in order to examine the movement of the young children's outdoor play related research topics and research methods. As a result of analyzing the journals published from 1998 to 2009, the most frequently discussed topic was the young children's behavior during outdoor play, and the other topics were in the order of the equipment or the environment for the outdoor play, the management of the outdoor play, the manager, teachers, and parental recognition about the outdoor play, the design of outdoor play area. After looking at the range of the researched objects, the most frequent objects being researched were in the order of the children, teachers, play materials, managers of child care centers. Also after looking at the method of data collecting, the most frequently used were in the order of observation records, research with questionnaire, interview or test with research equipments. For the analysis methods, the most frequently used were in the order of t-test, ANOVA, chi-analysis, descriptive analysis, correlational analysis, analysis by the measurements, and as for the test equipment, measurements which were validated in foreign countries were used most frequently. Based on the results mentioned above, we discussed about the direction of young children's outdoor play research.
