조직 유형을 고려한 여성창업가의 성공요인에 관한 연구 : 영리조직과 비영리조직을 중심으로 = A Study on the Success Factors of Women Entrepreneurs with Organizational Type : Focused on the Profit and Non-profit Organizations

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 여성창업가의 성공요인에 관한 영리조직과 비영리조직의 차이를 분석하는 것이 목적이다. 연구의 목적을 탄성하기 위해서, 여성창업가의 성공요인 및 영리조직과 비영리조직의 연구에 관한 이론적 배경을 바탕으로 연구모형과 가설을 설정하였다. 본 연구에서 제안된 연구모형은 여성창업가 130명을 대상으로 SPSS 15.0을 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과, 성취 욕구, 비전설정 능력, 네트워크의 신뢰, 환경의 불확실성은 고객만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 비전설정 능력, 네트워크의 신뢰, 환경의 불확실성은 여성창업가의 만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 조직 유형을 고려하여 조절회귀분석을 한 결과, 네트워크의 신뢰, 환경의 불확실성이 영리조직 보다 비영리 조직에서 고객만족에 더 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 비전설정 능력, 환경의 불확실성이 영리조직 보다 비영리조직에서 여성창업가의 만족에 더 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 여성창업가가 성공할 수 있는 다양한 시사점을 제공할 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The aim of this paper is to examine the differences the success factors of women entrepreneurs between profit and non-profit organizations. This study has been reviewed various theoretical research relating to success factors of women entrepreneurs and difference profit and non-profit organizations. In order to test the proposed model, a total of 130 completed the Questionnaire, and we carried out data analysis using SPSS 15.0. The major results of this study as follows.
First, need for achievement, vision and trust of network are positively significant, and environmental uncertainty is negatively significant customer satisfaction.
Second, vision and trust of network are positively significant, and environmental uncertainty is negatively significant satisfaction of women entrepreneurs.
Finally, There are differences in the success factors of women entrepreneurs (vision, trust of network, environmental uncertainty) between profit and non-profit organizations.
The results of this study will provide practical implication on success of women entrepreneurs.
