학교상담 표준모형 개발을 위한 기초 자료 조사 연구 -개발목적, 목표 내용 요소, 전문상담교사 업무분담을 중심으로- = A Pilot Study of Developing the National Standards for School Counseling

The purpose of this study was to get the opinion for the necessities of developing the NSSC, to formulate the rationale for developing NSSC, and to find out with whom the professional school counselors want to share their jobs. The measurement instrument was ``National Standards Developing Questionnaire``. A total of 398 principals, vice principals, teachers, and professionals in 88 elementary middle high schools were the participants. 89.4 % of the respondents (96.8% of the professionals) strongly agreed to the needs for developing the NSSC. In rationale for developing the NSSC, all the participants strongly agreed to the statements: ``NSSC can define the role of school counseling program`` and ``NSSC can make the frame for effective school counseling program plan``. The results showed that which objects were important and which were not in three major developmental areas (personal social, academic, career development) of the NSSC. The respondents strongly agreed to share their jobs with circuit school counselors in all the areas. This study can be used as basic materials for developing the NSSC and establishing comprehensive school counseling system successfully.
