예술경영학의 연구영역과 접근방법 = The domain and methodlogy of Arts Management

국문 초록 (Abstract)

초기 학문적 성격을 띠고 있는 예술경영학의 범위와 접근방식은 학문으로서의 예술경영학이 정체성을 확보하기 위해서 우선적으로 규정해야 할 부분이다. 명확한 연구대상을 가지고 객관적 인식이 가능한 연구방법이 적용되어야 하는 것이다. 환경의 변화와 예술내부의 변화에 조응하여 등장한 신생 학문인 예술경영학은 간학문적 특성과 강한 현장지향성으로 새로운 학문적 지평을 열고 있다. 대중과의 만남을 전제로 해야 한다는 관계성, 목적 조직체로서의 경영체를 대상으로 한다는 점, 경영목표가 이익을 최우선적인 것으로 설정하지 않는다는 점 등 예술경영 또는 예술경영학이 전제하고 있는 차별성은 예술경영학의 중요한 단서가 될 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Defining the domain and methodology of Arts Management is to be done preferentially for securing the identity of the science of arts management. The feasible methodology with objective conception should be applied to the research object clear and definite. Arts Management has appeared as a reaction towards changes in and around arts and opened its horizon, having the characteristics such as science as inter-sciences and field inclination. There are three premises on which arts management is based; relationship(should be made to meet ‘public’), organism with objective, and that profit is not unique objective of its orgasme. They may serve as keys to arts management as science.
