우리나라의 성폭력 피해자의 서비스 지원 체계에 관한 연구

Recently sexual violence cases are increasing in Korea due to the introduction of Western sex culture, the diffusion of obscene media and Internet, and open attitude to sex. Sexual violence is the mental and physical
violence through sex without victim s consent, and its aftereffect is enormous. Also not a few people tend to attribute the cause of the problem to victim s misbehavior. Such tendency is likely to prevent the disclosure of
the problem. As a result, the support system for solving the problem has not yet been vitalized. This paper has tried to analyze the national support system for sexual violence problems and suggest the improvement directions.
The analysis of the current national support system has been done in terms of social support, phased assistance, service delivery mechanism, administrative structure and staff. Based on this analysis the improvement direction for support system has been presented in the form of integrative support system building of sexual violence consultation office, functional vitalization of protection institutes, reform of judiciary authorities, joint activity between mass media and NGO, and after service construction.
