장애노인의 생활만족에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 - 광주광역시 등록장애인을 중심으로 - = The Analysis of Factors Influencing on the life satisfaction of the elderly with disability - Focus on registration disable persons of Gwang-Ju city in South Korea

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 장애노인의 주관적인 생활만족의 정도와 영향을 미치는 요인을 탐색하여 이들의 생활만족도를 향상시키기 위한 노인복지정책의 방향을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 광주광역시에 거주하는 등록 장애인 중 60세 이상의 장애노인 638명을 대상으로 기술통계분석, ANOVA분석 그리고 다중회귀분석 등을 실시하였다. 선행연구 분석을 토대로, 장애노인의 생활만족도에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 변수들을 인구학적 요인, 경제적 요인, 사회적 요인 그리고 신체적 요인으로 범주화하고 이들 변인과 생활만족간의 인과적 관련성을 탐색하였다. 분석 결과, 장애노인의 생활만족도는 연령과 장애정도별로 유의미한 차이가 있었고 생활만족의 정도도 각 영역별로 그 영향요인에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 장애노인의 생활만족에 영향을 미치는 요인변수는 동거가족수, 집구조의 편리함 정도, 외출빈도, 여가활동 참여정도 그리고 IADL 등인 것으로 나타났다. 이 같은 연구결과를 토대로 연령별, 장애정도별 노인복지정책의 차별화와 장애노인가구의 주거환경개선 사업 확대, 그리고 사회참여 활성화 방안의 마련 등을 제안하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Life satisfaction is conceptualized as one of many welfare policy aims. so, The pursuit of life satisfaction is essential aim of welfare policy. This study is to explore associated factors that affect life satisfaction of the elderly with disability to experience physical or psychological disability. Preceding studies have been reviewed and 638 the elderly with disability over sixty years old, who live at home in Gwang-ju, have participated in the survey. The results of this study are as follows. Fist, overall life satisfaction of the elderly with disability differ slightly along age and disability levels. For instance, the higher disability levels, the higher satisfaction of family relation and the lower disability levels, the higher satisfaction of leisure satisfaction. Second, the factors influencing of life satisfaction counted existence of spouse, family members, convenience level of home construction, gong out frequency, IADL and so on. Third, satisfaction of the elderly with disability mainly Influencing on convenience level of home construction and leisure satisfaction factor. Based on the study results, this study suggested that welfare policy for the elderly with disability have to improve the residential environment, to strengthen social participation, and to expand assistance service for life satisfaction of the elderly with disability
