학령기 아동을 위한 구강건강프로그램 적용 = Application of Dental Health Program for Elementary School Children

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 D 지역 초등학교 2개교 6학년 학생을 대상으로 참여군에게는 5주간의 통합적 구강건강 프로그램을 실시하고 대조군에게는 구강건강 관련 단순 지식을 전달하였다. 그 결과 참여군의 구강건강 지식, 행동, 감수성, 심각성, 유익성, 구강건강신념(전체), 구강 자기효능은 프로그램 참여 후 유의하게증가하여 본 프로그램의 유용성을 입증하였다. 다양한 구강건강증진 프로그램을 제공한 참여군과 단순 지식을 전달한 대조군의 차이는 참여군의 지식, 행동, 유익성이 대조군보다 유의하게 높은 점수를 나타낸 것으로 드러났다. 구강건강 관련 자기효능, 민감성, 심각성, 중요성, 장애성 등에 있어서 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않은 것은 대조군에게도 구강건강 관련 지식을 전달한 효과 때문인 것으로 사료된다.
본 연구 결과를 기초로 다음과 같은 제언을 하고자 한다.
첫째, 구강건강증진 프로그램의 장기 효과를 입증할 수 있는연구를 제언한다.
둘째, 가장 효과적인 구강건강 프로그램 및 기간을 제시할 수있는 연구를 제언한다
