창의적 인성검사 개발을 위한 예비연구 = A Preliminary Study on Development of the CPI

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 창의적 인성검사(CPI)를 개발하기 위하여 진행되었다. CPI의 개발을 위하여 창의적 인성을 측정하기 위한 이론적 모델을 구성하기 위하여 관련 문헌을 정리하여 5요인모델을 설정하였다. 기존 연구를 종합하여 도출된 창의적 인성검사의 하위요인은 ‘개념화’, ‘변화지향’, ‘상상’, ‘심미성’, ‘독창성’이다. 5요인 모델에 따른 검사의 개발을 위하여 요인별 25문항씩 125문항을 선정하여 전문가의 평정을 통해 104문항을 선정하여 설문지를 작성하였다. 문항분석과 요인분석을 통하여 최종적으로 23문항으로 검사를 확정하였다.
요인분석을 통하여 최종 확정된 창의적 인성검사의 신뢰도는 5개의 각 요인이 .67에서 .83으로 만족스럽게 나타남으로써, 신뢰도와 요인분석을 통한 타당도는 인정될만한 수준이라고 보여 진다. CPI의 기초 타당도를 위하여 LCSI 검사와 자아개념검사를 통한 상관분석을 실시하였다. CPI와 LCSI의 하위요인 중 ‘사교성’과 ‘도전성’이 다른 요인에 비해서 상관이 높은 것으로 나타났다. ‘안정성’은 창의성과는 관련성이 없는 것으로 나타났다. CPI와 자아개념사이에 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

As the title suggests, primary purpose of this study is to develop an appropriate framework for the CPI. In so doing, as a first step, five prerequisite models for the sake of development of the CPI have been devised and adopted after relevant literature survey. Five sub factors which have been extracted from the accumulated existing researches are itemized as follows: ‘conceptualization’ ‘innovative desire’ ‘imagination’ ‘aesthetic sense’ and ‘originality’. At first, 125 questions (25 questions per 5 sub factors respectively) were selected, and at the last resort, the questionnaire of 23 questions is finalized after close evaluations by corresponding experts. The reliability of the CPI, finalized by factor analysis, indicates a range from .67 to .83 in 5 respective sub models. It is suggested that appropriateness of this factor analysis and reliability can be described acceptable. In addition, for the purpose of verifying basic propriety of the CPI, correlations analysis amongst the LCSI, Self-Conceptualization test and the CPI was carried out. When it comes to dealing with the comparative approach between the LCSI and the CPI, while two factors - ‘sociability’ ‘challenge’ - shows high level of correlation, ‘stability’ does not appear as a related factor with ‘creativity’. Finally, correlation between the CPI and Self-Conceptualization test shows high-level of significance.
